Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LETSGROWNEO services, including our website, networking meetings, digital business cards, sales funnels, websites, and related services provided by Neobiz Ventures LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Membership

Membership is always free. All members receive full access to:

• Weekly virtual meetings and the ability to give presentations
• Protected industry vertical (one seat per industry)
• Full business platform account (CRM, website builder, email marketing)
• Digital business card page on a neo.biz or vcard.vip subdomain
• Member directory listing
• Educational content and referral leads
• 20% discount on promotional products

Member Information Sharing and Event Participation

LETSGROWNEO facilitates collaboration between Northeast Ohio business professionals through our weekly meetings and community platforms. Part of the value of participating in our network is the transparency and connection between members.

By joining LETSGROWNEO and participating in our meetings, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Information Sharing: LETSGROWNEO may process and share your personal and business information (including but not limited to name, headshot, business name, job title, industry, contact information, website, social media profiles, and bio) with your fellow members and attendees.
• Directory and Marketing: Your information will be used for member-related materials such as the online directory, website, Facebook pages, meeting materials, and for network-related marketing which may include outreach and promotion by fellow members and commercial partners.
• Solution Provider Participation: LETSGROWNEO may partner with solution providers and vendors who will have representatives present at meetings to join the conversation and provide value to members. These partners may have access to member information shared during meetings.
• Public Meetings: Our meetings are open to the public as "fly on the wall" attendees, and meetings may be recorded or shared on our YouTube channel for promotional and educational purposes. By participating, you consent to potential recording and public sharing of meeting content.
• Legitimate Business Interest: This information sharing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the business network and the success of our collaborative community. It enables members to find each other, give referrals, conduct due diligence, and build trust with potential clients.

If you do not wish to have your information shared in this manner, please do not join LETSGROWNEO or participate in our meetings and events.

Membership

Membership is free and may be cancelled at any time. If you choose to leave:

• Your subdomain (neo.biz or vcard.vip) will remain active for 30 days
• You may request an export of your data at any time
• Your industry vertical will be reopened for a new member

Protected Industry Verticals

Each LETSGROWNEO chapter maintains protected industry verticals, meaning only one member per industry category is accepted per chapter. This is subject to availability and our discretion. We reserve the right to determine industry classifications and resolve any conflicts.

Member Conduct

As a member, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself professionally in all meetings and interactions
• Provide accurate business information
• Respect other members and their protected verticals
• Not use the network for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Honor referrals and business commitments made through the network

Intellectual Property

Content created for you (websites, sales funnels, graphics) remains hosted on our platform. You retain ownership of your business information, logos, and content you provide. LETSGROWNEO and Neobiz Ventures LLC retain ownership of templates, systems, and proprietary technology.

Limitation of Liability

LETSGROWNEO and Neobiz Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to business referrals, networking outcomes, or technical issues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
