Let's Grow NEO is a free, by-application virtual peer group for Northeast Ohio business owners. We meet online Thursdays at 12:00 PM ET for a lunch-hour "AI show" and discussion. The group and this website (letsgrowneo.com) are run by Neobiz Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or taking part in the group, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use.
What Let's Grow NEO is
Let's Grow NEO is a community, not a product. Members learn about AI and business together and refer business to each other. There are no paid tiers or fees, and we do not sell software or services through this site.
Membership
Applying
Membership is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. The host decides who joins, based on fit with the group.
Taking part
Members are expected to show up, take part, and follow the Community Guidelines. Please give accurate information about yourself and your business.
Leaving or being removed
You can leave at any time by letting us know. The host may decline an application, or end a membership, at the host's discretion. Common reasons include long-term non-participation, pitching or selling to the group, and violating the Community Guidelines. When a membership ends, we will remove your directory listing and access to the private Facebook group.
Referrals: please read
Members refer business to each other, and the site includes a referral or service request form for people looking for help. It is important to be clear about what that means:
- No guarantees. We do not guarantee that members will receive referrals, leads, or any particular business results.
- No endorsement. Membership is not a license, certification, or recommendation. We do not vet, supervise, or vouch for any member's work, credentials, insurance, pricing, or conduct.
- Your decision. If you use the referral request form, any member who contacts you is an independent business. Whether to hire them is up to you. Please do your own homework, such as checking reviews, licenses, and references, and get agreements in writing.
- Between you and them. Any work, payment, or dispute is between you and the member. Neobiz Ventures LLC is not a party to those arrangements.
Meetings and recordings
Meetings are held online. Participants may not record, screenshot, or livestream a meeting without the host's permission. The host may occasionally record a session and will tell attendees before doing so. Recordings are used for internal notes, or for short clips shared only with the consent of the people who appear in them.
Member directory and spotlights
Members can choose to be listed in the member directory on this site. With your agreement, we may also feature you in a spotlight on our Facebook page. By providing your name, photo, logo, or bio for these, you let us display them on the site and our social media. You can ask us to change or remove them at any time.
Resource directory
The site lists third-party organizations, such as local business resources, as a convenience. Listing an organization is not an endorsement, and we are not affiliated with them unless we say so. Details like programs, contacts, and hours may change, so please confirm directly with the organization.
Email and text messages
If you apply, you may receive follow-up emails and, if you agree on the form, text messages about your application and meetings. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Content and ownership
The site's design, text, logos, and the Let's Grow NEO name belong to Neobiz Ventures LLC. Please don't reuse its content commercially without permission. You keep ownership of anything you share with the group, such as your logo, bio, or ideas. What members share in meetings is for the group's learning; please don't publish another member's material without asking.
Educational content only
Meetings, the AI show, and anything on this site are for general information and learning. They are not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. AI tools change quickly and can make mistakes, so check anything important before relying on it.
The site "as is"
We provide the site "as is," without promises that it will always be accurate, error-free, or online. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Neobiz Ventures LLC and the host are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or participation in the group, including anything related to referrals, work done by members, lost business, or technical problems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ohio, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and let members know about significant changes. Continuing to use the site or take part in the group means you accept the updated terms.
