Why these guidelines exist
Let's Grow NEO works because members trust each other. These guidelines cover how we behave in our Thursday lunch-hour meetings, in the private Facebook group, when giving referrals, and when using this website. They are part of our Terms of Use. The group is run by Neobiz Ventures LLC.
In meetings
- Show up and take part. Come on camera when you can, ask questions, and share what you are learning.
- Be respectful. Treat everyone professionally. Let others finish, and share the airtime.
- Keep it on topic. We focus on AI, business, and helping each other grow.
- Keep private things private. If a member shares something about their business in confidence, don't repeat it outside the group.
- Don't record without permission. Participants may not record, screenshot, or livestream a meeting without the host's permission. The host may occasionally record a session and will tell attendees before doing so. Recordings are used for internal notes, or for short clips shared only with the consent of the people who appear in them.
No pitching
Let's Grow NEO is a peer group, not a sales floor. Please don't use meetings, the Facebook group, or member contact details to pitch products, run sales presentations, recruit for other programs, or add people to mailing lists without their permission. Talking about what you do is welcome. If someone wants to know more, they will ask. When in doubt, check with the host first.
Giving and receiving referrals
- Only refer people and businesses you honestly believe can help.
- Let people know if you receive a fee or commission for a referral.
- Treat anyone referred to you well: respond promptly, be clear about pricing, and do what you promise.
- Don't misrepresent your credentials, licenses, experience, or results.
- Referral requests submitted through the website are shared with members so they can help. Use that contact information only to respond to that request.

In the Facebook group and other online spaces
- Post things that are useful to other members: questions, wins, lessons, resources.
- Don't share other members' personal information, posts, or photos outside the group without permission.
- Follow Facebook's own rules as well as these guidelines.
Things that are never okay
- Harassing, threatening, bullying, or discriminating against anyone
- Hate speech, sexual content, or content promoting violence
- Illegal activity, scams, or misleading claims
- Spam, or collecting member information to market to them
- Impersonating another person or business
- Sharing content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
Using the website
- Submit accurate information in our forms. Don't submit fake applications, spam, or referral requests on someone else's behalf without their permission.
- Don't scrape the member directory or use it to build marketing lists.
- Don't try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or the tools behind it.
- Don't upload or link to malware or harmful code.
Using AI responsibly
We talk about AI a lot. When you share AI-generated content with the group, be honest that it is AI-generated when that matters, check facts before passing them on, and don't put other members' private information into AI tools without their permission.
What happens if someone breaks these guidelines
Most issues are handled with a friendly reminder. Depending on what happened, the host may:
- Talk with you privately and ask you to stop
- Remove a post or comment
- Remove you from a meeting or the Facebook group
- End your membership and remove your directory listing
The host decides what counts as a violation and what response fits. Serious issues, like harassment or illegal activity, may lead to immediate removal.
Reporting a concern
If something makes you uncomfortable or you think these guidelines were broken, tell the host directly or contact us at info@neo.biz or 440-671-7450. We will keep your report as private as we can.
Changes
We may update these guidelines as the group grows. We will post changes here with a new date and let members know about significant ones.
