Who we are
Let's Grow NEO is a free, by-application virtual peer group for Northeast Ohio business owners. We meet online Thursdays at 12:00 PM ET for a lunch-hour "AI show" and discussion. The group and this website (letsgrowneo.com) are operated by Neobiz Ventures LLC, 23013 Sprague Road, Columbia Station, OH 44028 ("we," "us").
Information you give us
- Membership application. Your name, email, phone number, business name, industry, and your answers to the application questions.
- Referral or service request form. Your name, contact details, and a description of what you need, so we can pass it to a member who may be able to help.
- Contact form. Your name, email, and whatever you write in your message.
- Member profile. If you are accepted and choose to be listed, the details you provide for the member directory, such as your name, photo, business name, industry, website, and a short bio.
Information collected automatically
- Vercel Web Analytics. Counts page views and basic, aggregated details (such as page, referring site, country, and device type). It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- IntentWave. A visitor identification and analytics script. It records how visitors use the site and may use your IP address, device information, and its own data sources to identify the business or person visiting. We use it to understand who is interested in the group.
- Google Fonts. Our fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser shares your IP address and basic browser details with Google when a page loads.
How we use information
- Review membership applications and follow up with applicants
- Send meeting links, reminders, and group updates
- Route referral and service requests to members who may be a fit
- Answer questions sent through the contact form
- Show the member directory and member spotlights
- Understand how the site is used and improve it
- Keep the group safe and meet legal obligations
Tools that handle your information
We use a few outside services, each with its own privacy policy:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector hosts the membership application form (embedded on our Join page) and stores form submissions in the group's CRM. Referral and contact form submissions are also sent to that CRM, or to us by email.
- IntentWave provides visitor identification and analytics.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics.
- Google serves our web fonts.
- Facebook (Meta) hosts our public page and our private members group.
- Our video meeting platform is used to run the online meetings.
What we share, and with whom
- With members. If you submit a referral or service request, we share your request and contact details with one or more members who may be able to help. If you are a member, your directory profile is visible to site visitors and your participation is visible to other members.
- With service providers listed above, only as needed to run the site and the group.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of members, visitors, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not give it to outside companies for their own marketing.
Member directory, spotlights, and the Facebook group
The member directory on this site is opt-in. Only members who agree are listed, and you can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time. With your agreement, we may also feature you in a spotlight post on our Facebook page. Members may join our private Facebook group; anything you post there is visible to other group members and is also subject to Facebook's own policies.
Meetings and recordings
Meetings are online. The host may occasionally record a session, and will tell attendees before doing so. Recordings are used for internal notes, or for short clips shared only with the consent of the people who appear in them. Participants may not record meetings without the host's permission.
Email and text messages
If you submit the membership application, you may receive follow-up emails and, if you provide your phone number and agree, text messages about your application and upcoming meetings. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you
- Remove or change your member directory listing
- Opt out of emails or texts at any time
- Limit tracking by blocking scripts or cookies in your browser, or by using a content or tracker blocker

How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as it is useful for running the group or needed for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website is perfectly secure.
Children
Let's Grow NEO is for business owners and professionals. The site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above, and tell members about significant changes.
