From swapping leads to building skills
Let's Grow NEO started in 2024 as a free alternative to paid referral groups: one weekly call where local professionals traded leads. It worked, up to a point.
What we learned was that established owners didn't need another place to pass business cards. They needed practical help with the things that actually move a small business: following up with every lead, getting found online, marketing that doesn't eat the week, and making sense of the new tools, AI included, without a tech team.
So we rebuilt the hour around that. Instead of 60-second pitches, the host opens real businesses on screen and does real work, live: a GoHighLevel pipeline, a website, a campaign, an AI shortcut. Members ask questions, try it that afternoon, and come back the next week with what happened. The referrals still happen. They just grow out of people learning together instead of being the whole point.
We're still one group serving all of Northeast Ohio: Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Lorain, Medina, and everywhere in between. Because we meet online, there's no commute, just a lunch hour.
